I do believe that some people CAN be, but there has to be a trigger? I think. That's what happened to my friend anyways. People have had centuries of mostly heterosexual lifestyle so it's embedded into the majority of people that people are normally straight.

I think that even if you are straight, there will come a time where you can have some kind of awareness of people of the same gender being attractive. I identify as straight, but I have DEFINITELY had crushes on people of the same gender and probably wouldn't mind trying sexual things with them. However relationship-wisewith someone of the same gender, I'm not so sure. I don't know where that puts me on a spectrum really.
