    A wrongly convicted man was pardoned after being convicted 100 yrs ago.

    Why did it have to take over a hundred years before he gets pardoned?

      Because Jackson was a black man an at the time it was illegal for men to take women across state lines for sex. And no body up till now really cared.

          I think what the family was after is getting his name cleared of all the charges since they consider it as a hate crime

          At least we can say now that there is one thing that the president has done right during his term

        here is a court ruling out of iowa that puts a halt on the illegal seizing that was going on in that state by DA and law enforcement.

            This woman is fortunate to work for a corporation that told her to take time for her son after her store manager told her she quit when she couldn't make it for her shift. She still has her job and her manager is looking for a new one.

            There should be more lawyers assigned to cold cases like this. To give the families of the parties closure.
