This is not that weird as it is also done in other countries. I had read that the lifeguards in Thailand rescued a turtle due to a plastic bag which was tangled around its neck. It is an example of what could be done on the marine animals when we are not responsible with our trash.Comment

Not the weirdest news but it is more of awareness. I feel sad whenever I see trash everywhere and it makes me mad as to why some people never learn. They still throw their trash everywhere and it's slowly destroying our planet. -

Going back to your topic, launching a nuclear weapon to disperse a storm would be expensive and of course would cause environmental destruction. So, what was he really thinking?
